Lucie's wedding

Erik's sister, Lucie, got married the week before Thanksgiving, so we got to spend the holiday in California (mmm, warm California). The wedding was beautiful, Dan is a great guy, and we had a fabulous time.

Mui-mui looked gorgeous in a dress that Grandma Virginia made for her:

And Go-go was so handsome in his fancy clothes:

Of course, sliding in the mud at the reception can improve even the fanciest of suits:

Despite the mud and mess, we had a great time doing the wedding thing and visiting with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Later in the week, we went to the Exploratorium in San Francisco with Aunt Aimee and cousin Brett:

And Thanksgiving dinner was delicious! (but I don't have any pictures - you'll just have to imagine it)

While I'm posting cute pictures of my kids, here are two more taken after we got back home:

Aw, Mui-mui is quite a doll, isn't she? I love that picture of you and her at the wedding. You both look so pretty. And her expression when Daddy's giving her a kiss is too cute. And Go-go looks very handsome too, mud and all. :) Sounds like a fun trip!

Oh, GO-go's suit!! The joys I have to look forward to having a boy! Mui-mui looked so cute in that dress and how fun to spend it in California! I noticed that you didn't post anything about the LONG flight (that I am assuming happened) does that mean it was a good flight? Or too awful to talk about?

Beth says, "He builded a tower!"

Aw, cute kids. We've got to get them together. I just told Beth that if we wanted to go visit you it would be a whole day in the car to get there. She thinks it's worth it.

How fun! I didn't even know you went to CA. I was in warm weather for Thanksgiving too. Your family is so darn cute! They look so much more grown up than when I saw them this summer.

Awww, yeah -- playin' in the mud! Go-go knows where it's AT!!

The peach dresses are adorable! California in November is such a good idea.
